Bonnie J. Divan, 79, of Burlington, passed away Friday, May 8, 2026, at her home.
Born in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, on June 29, 1946, she was the daughter of Otto and Ruth (nee Voss) Milatz. Her early life was spent in Burlington, where she graduated from Burlington High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison. On September 18, 1993, in Burlington, she was united in marriage to James Divan. She was a lifelong resident of Burlington.
Bonnie worked as a retail manager and loved to travel, going to the Caribbean twice a year. She also enjoyed attending the theater at the Fireside.
Bonnie is survived by her husband, James Divan. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Gordon Milatz.
Services for Bonnie will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Noon at Schuette-Daniels Funeral Home. Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10 AM until Noon at the FUNERAL HOME. Burial will take place at 1 PM at St. John’s Cemetery in Slades Corners.
