Thomas J. Iverson,77, of Burlington, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2026, at East Troy Manor.
Born in Farmington, Minnesota, on September 16, 1948, he was the son of Clayton and Betty (nee Birdsall) Iverson. On March 20, 1982, he was united in marriage to Janel Henning.
Thomas worked as a carpenter, realtor, and held a private pilot’s license. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and was a Lutheran Pioneer leader. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Janel; son, Shane (Sarah) Iverson; granddaughter, Naomi (husband Andres Chaparro Sosa) Iverson; siblings, Patty (Steve) Weerts, Deborah Iverson, and Dan (Ann) Iverson; brother-in-law, Walter (Mary) Henning; sister-in-law, Christine (Alex) Drake; along with several nieces and nephews.

Services for Thomas will be held Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Burlington. Relatives and friends may visit the family from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM at the CHURCH. Burial will take place at Burlington Cemetery at 12:15 PM.
