With broken hearts and endless love, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Ayden Charles Brey, age 22, on April 17, 2026.
Ayden was born on July 25, 2003, and from the very beginning, he brought light, laughter, and a deep sense of love into the lives of everyone around him. He had a warm, magnetic personality—kind, funny, and genuine—and a way of making people feel seen and valued. His smile could lift a room, and his presence made even the simplest moments feel meaningful.
Ayden graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in December 2025 with a degree in Sports Management. He quickly put his passion into action, working at the Boys & Girls Club in Kenosha, where he inspired and mentored young people through sports. Helping others—especially kids—find confidence and joy was something that meant a great deal to him.
A true sports enthusiast, Ayden loved both playing and watching the games that brought him so much happiness. He had a special love for golf and also worked at X-Golf in Kenosha, where he proudly held records on two courses—a reflection of both his skill and his dedication. When it came to watching sports, he was a loyal fan of the Chicago Bears, the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the New York Yankees, and he rarely missed a chance to cheer them on.
Above all else, Ayden loved his family deeply. He is survived by his loving parents, Salina (Brian) Fuller and Gregory (Berenice) Brey; his siblings, Amber (Benjamin) Zwitter, Ashlyn (Alexander) Ledger, Danielle Fuller, Alec Brey, Austin Brey, Brianna Rojo, Suripaz Rojo, Mateo Brey and his cherished new niece and nephew, Vivian Zwitter and Landon Ledger, who he was so excited to meet and brought him so much pride and joy. He also leaves behind his grandparents, Steve and Nancy Brey, his beloved furry companion, Olive, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ayden will be remembered as a devoted son, a caring brother, a proud uncle, and a loyal friend. His gentle heart, his humor, and the way he made others feel important are gifts that will live on in everyone who knew him.
A service to celebrate Ayden’s life will be held on his birthday, July 25, 2026. More details to follow.
Though his time with us was far too short, the love Ayden gave and the memories he created will live on forever in our hearts. He will be missed beyond words and loved always.
A message from Dad-
To my son—my golf buddy and fellow Yankee fan—you were the light of my life from the very beginning. Watching you grow, from the joy of coaching you in sports to seeing you become such a kind, impactful man, meant everything to me. You had a special way of making others feel valued, and the difference you made with the kids in your career will never be forgotten. Sharing the game of golf with you later in life gave me some of my most cherished memories, even when you beat me. Thank you for being an incredible son, brother, and uncle—we are all so proud of you. I love you more than words can express and will carry your legacy with me always. Rest in peace, buddy.
Love, Dad
