David Henry Atherton, 41, of Union Grove, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026, in Kenosha.
He was born on May 16, 1984, to Donald Atherton and Sherri Goldberg in Evanston, IL. He was educated in Oshkosh and received a BA in Sociology.
David worked as a manager of indirect lending for Landmark Credit Union for over 20 years.
David was a member of Chabad of Kenosha.
David enjoyed watching the golf channel and was an avid golfer, and he enjoyed working out.
David is survived by his mother, Sherri (John) Hauper, his sister Sara (Chris) Prelog, his brother Dan (Jamie) Atherton, his nephew Benjamin, his niece Annabelle, and his nephew Matthew.
He is preceded in death by his father and a niece, Michelle.
Graveside Services for David will be held on Friday, March 27th at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park (4300 Green Bay Road).
