Vicki Tippet-Baker, 67, of Somers, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on March 21st, 2026, just days before her 68th birthday.
Born on March 30th, 1958, Vicki lived a life centered around love, family, and simple joys. On June 11th, 1983, she married the love of her life, Tab Baker, beginning a partnership that spanned more than four decades and created a strong, close-knit family. She worked as a clerk at Walmart for over 23 years.
Vicki found her greatest happiness in time spent with family, especially in the quiet Northwoods of Three Lakes, Wisconsin. Whether relaxing by the water or riding on the pontoon surrounded by loved ones, those moments brought her peace and joy. She also had a fun-loving spirit and was known for her appreciation of margaritas and her fascination with sharks—little things that made her uniquely herself.
Vicki will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, her deep love for her family, and the countless memories she created with those she held dear. Her presence will be profoundly missed, but her love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family.
Vicki was a devoted wife, a proud mother, and an adoring grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Tab Baker, and their three children: Ted (Melissa) Baker, proud parents of Dax and JP; Terin (Matt) Melvin, loving parents of Braxton, Braylee, and Tanner; and Kelly (Jake) Loewen, adoring parents of Brooks. Her grandchildren were the center of her world, and she loved them fiercely and unconditionally.
She was preceded in death by her father, Merritt Tippet, and her in-laws, Ed and Erlene Baker.
Visitation will be held at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, April 3, 2026, from 2:00 p.m until the time of service at 3:30 p.m. A private interment will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park.
