June 5, 1991 – January 14, 2026
Jonathan Tylor Poulos, age 34, of Kenosha, WI, passed away on January 14, 2026.
Known to those who loved him as Jay, Jon, or JT, Jonathan was an incredible husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved without condition, and anyone who knew him would say the same. It was simply impossible to find a negative word about Jay.
Jay had a natural ability to bring people together. He loved riding his motorcycle, fishing, hunting, cooking for everyone around him, and most of all, making people laugh. He also enjoyed cheering on the Green Bay Packers. He worked at Mosmatic Corporation, where he truly loved his job and the coworkers who became like family to him.
Jay was especially proud of his role as a father. He loved coaching his son’s sports teams and was always the loudest cheerleader at his daughter’s dance competitions and volleyball games. His children were his world, and he showed up for them in every possible way. He also shared a deep and devoted bond with his wife, Elizabeth, his high school sweetheart and lifelong partner.
Jay is survived by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Poulos (34), and their children, Izabella (9) and Alexander (6). He is also survived by his parents, Theodore Poulos (Carine) and Theresa Struthers (Gary); his older brother, Nathan Poulos (Christine); his parents-in-law, Francisco and Brenda Perez; his sister-in-law, Brenda Perez (Eric); and his brother-in-law, Francisco Perez III.
Jay leaves behind his cherished grandmother, Bessie Poulos (Yiayia), and his nieces and nephews Collin, Theodore, Lidia, Maiya, Mateo, Francisco IV, Gloria, Marcus, Mariah, Isaiah, and Eric Jr., along with numerous cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were better because of him.
