SMerry C. Peters, 74, of Union Grove, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 9, 2026, at her residence.
She was born on December 25, 1951, to the late Anthony and Bernice (Galvin) Zilonis in Chicago, IL. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School.
On April 22, 1972, she married Timothy A. Peters in Kenosha.
Merry was a member of The Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Kenosha.
Merry is survived by her husband, Timothy, her son, Timothy (Melissa) Peters Jr., her daughter, Johanna Tobianski Peters, her grandchildren, Dakota (Laura) Peters, Cameron Peters, Meghan (Luke) Bullard, Katelyn (Bryce) Tobianski, Jacob Tobianski, Hannah Tobianski, Samuel Peters, Caroline Peters, and Carleigh Peters, and three great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, John Donald, Edward, Robert, and Larry Zilonis, and a sister, Sharon Marko.
Funeral Services for Merry will be held on Sunday, January 18th at 4:00 p.m. at the Bruch-Hansen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Private interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery.
