Francisca Garcet, 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Kenosha, WI.
Francisca is survived by her son Ruben Nieblas; her common law spouse Cesar Ruben Nieblas; her step son Bryan Nieblas; her daughter-in-law Katie Bunce; her grandsons, Eric and Henry Nieblas; her family friend, Charlotte Bunce; her brother-in-law William Candelario; and many nieces and nephews, Humberto, William (Scott), Alberto (Brenda), Maria Christina, Gabriella, Isabella, Daniel, Evan, Vivian.
Francisca is preceded in death by her parents, Jose Rosa and Francisca Roman, and her sister, Cruz Maria.
Memorial services honoring Francisca’s life will be held privately.
