September 15, 1959 – November 7, 2025
Michael Frank Del Conte, 66, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on September 15, 1959, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Michael was the cherished son of Rosemarie “Cookie” and the late James Del Conte. He attended Holy Rosary School, Bradford High School, and Gateway Technical College, where he earned two degrees in Industrial and Business Marketing.
Michael and his former wife, Kathy Coniker, shared the joy of raising five wonderful children together. He was a proud and devoted grandfather to nine beautiful grandchildren, each of whom brought him tremendous happiness. Family meant everything to him. In 1993, he built their family home- a place filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. He loved to entertain, host many family gatherings, jam to music in his garage, walk his German Shepherds throughout his big yard, and celebrate all the holidays, especially his favorite one, Christmas.
He was a visionary, a dedicated businessman, and a lifelong entrepreneur. Michael worked at American Motors, owned Bristol Oaks Country Club, and was the proud founder of Delco Energy Solutions for over 30 years.
Michael was one of a kind, a trusted mentor and loyal friend to many. He had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and loved. Michael enjoyed going out with his brothers-in-law, coffee with his buddies, but above all, he treasured every moment spent with his family.
Michael is survived by his mother, Rosemarie Del Conte; former wife, Kathy Coniker; his children, Michael Del Conte (Kaelie Jeschke), daughter-in-law, Marianne Gabriel, Jessica (Jason) Foster, Jacklynne (Brandon) Crocker, Samantha Del Conte (Connor Rhey); his grandchildren, Dominic Del Conte, Jazmine Canales, Nathan, Adrianna, Josephine and Walter Foster, Aubrey, Hayden and Kylie Crocker; all of his siblings, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Del Conte; mother and father-in-law, Jerry and Gwen Coniker; his son, Vincent Del Conte, and brother-in-law, Steve Zamora.
His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the family he built, and the love he gave to all.
