Michael John Souza Sr., age 62, of Racine, passed away at Aurora Medical Center in
Mount Pleasant on September 24th, 2025. He was born on January 20th, 1963, in
Attleboro, MA, to Frank Souza and Margaret (Dias) Souza. He was a devoted husband,
father, and grandfather. He was united in marriage to Kimberly (Brim) Souza for 42
years.
He was a skilled carpenter by trade and worked in construction all his life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Souza, and children: Michael Souza Jr. and
Joseph Souza, daughter-in-law Rachel (Slavik) Souza, and grandchildren Tyler Souza
and Kyle Souza, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Margaret; brother Francisco (Frank)
and sister Patricia.
Services for Michael will be held at Lord of Life Lutheran Church (5601 Washington
Road) on Thursday, October 2 nd, 2025, at 11 A.M. A visitation will also be held at the church
from 10 A.M. until the time of the service. Internment at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery
will immediately follow the services.
