It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Martha L. Mock, who passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 91. Born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, on February 18, 1934, to the late Richard and Irene (Bingham) Morgart. She was a 1952 graduate of Bedford High School. Martha enriched the lives of those around her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit.
On February 7, 1953, she was united in marriage to Roy Mock. She was a member of Northport Baptist Church and was employed as a salesclerk with Community Discount Center. She enjoyed bowling, camping, and most of all, her family.
While she cherished her many friends over the years, she was extremely proud of her family. Each member continues as her legacy. She will forever be missed by her children, Tonya Finn and Kim (Mary) Mock; 4 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
Martha was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A Celebration of Life honoring Martha’s life will be held at a later date.
