Kenneth H. Bol, 89, formerly of Milwaukee, late of South Milwaukee passed away peacefully, Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Franciscan Villa.
He was born on August 24, 1935 to the late Henry Earl Bol and Amelia Halper in Illinois. He was educated in Milwaukee and graduated from Pulaski High School.
Kenneth entered the US Army on April 20, 1953 serving in the Korean War was honorably discharged on April 29, 1956.
On July 14, 1956 he married Marlene Pagelsdorf. She preceded him in death on February 13, 2025.
Kenneth worked as a welder for Caterpillar in Milwaukee for 23 years. After they closed, he owned and operated a vending machine company, retiring in 2013.
Kenneth loved vegetable gardening and fishing.
Kenneth is survived by his children Ray (Susan) Bol, Kenneth (Cynthia) Bol, Sherry Romano, Shelly (Richard) Thayer and Heidi (Glenn) Shudy, his grandchildren Christina, Kenneth, Sarah, Marlena, Scott Jr., Samantha, Tom, Tim, Emily and Ashley, his great grandchildren Halley, Kyanna, Ken, Bella, Celena, Nevaeh, Armani, Logan, Mikayla, Brooklynn, Jason Jr., Sophie, Jordan and Hazel, his great great granddaughter Malana, his sister Millie Garza and his brother Ray Danielson..
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his sisters Nancy Lambert and Laverne Brant and a brother William Danielson.
Funeral Services with Full Military Honors for Kenneth will be held on Thursday July 24th 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Private interment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
