Gary A. Kauers, 79, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully Monday, May 26, 2025 at Grande Prairie Health & Rehab.
He was born on January 8, 1946 to the late Alvin and Delores (Schultz) Kauers in Racine. He was educated in the schools of Racine and graduated from Horlick High School.
Gary married Janice “Jan” Schuelke in July of 1967 in Kenosha.
Gary was a Journeyman in Boiler Repair with PDI from 1964 until retiring in 2004.
Gary loved his Harley, the Packers and all Wisconsin sports teams, hunting and traveling on cruises to Mexico, Jamaica and the Bahamas and going to Vegas.
Gary is survived by his loving wife Jan, his daughter Glenda Kauers, his son James (Lisa) Kauers, his granddaughter Alaina Rose Kauers and his sister Pam (Mark) Seitz.
A Celebration of Life for Gary will be held on Saturday, June 21st at 1:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
