Susan (Jalensky) Kloster-Willems, 75, of Kenosha passed away on May 20, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Susan was born on February 27, 1950, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Peter and Joan (Spies) Jalensky. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha graduating from Tremper High School. Susan married William Kloster in April of 1975 in Kenosha and later divorced. Susan then married John Willems on November 17, 2009, in Kenosha. Before Susan work in Health Care, she worked as a waitress for Bosco’s, Andy’s Restaurant on 63rd street. north and south ranch. She worked in home health care as a certified nursing assistant for over 20 years Society Asset’s. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, watching TV and Hallmark movies, going on road trips, cruises and occasional trips to the Casino, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers but most of all she loved spending time with her friends and family. Susan was also part of the homemakers and birthday club of Kenosha County and enjoyed volunteering for the Multiple Sclerosis support group for many years and other organizations. Survivors include her children, Paul and Tim Kloster of Kenosha; brothers, William Jalensky of Kenosha, John (Maria) Jalensky of Milwaukee; sister, Kathy (Bob) Loberger of Pleasant Prairie; mother-in-law, Eleanore Gapko of Somers; ex-husband and caregiver, Bill Kloster of Kenosha; Susan is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Susan was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents and her brother, Dan Jalensky.
A visitation will be held at Kenosha Funeral Services on Tuesday May 27, 2025, from 10:00AM-11:00AM with funeral services to follow immediately at 11:00AM. Burial at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park.
