Little Steps, Big Impact: Kids’ Fashion Show to Benefit Foster Families in Kenosha

Millie Bo Peep Children’s Boutique and 1Hope are teaming up to host Little Steps, Big Impact, a children’s fashion show and community fundraiser to benefit foster families in Kenosha. The event will take place on Saturday, August 23rd, from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Kenosha Public Museum (5500 1st Ave, Kenosha, WI).

The highlight of the day will be a children’s fashion show at 2:30 PM, featuring local kids modeling looks from Millie Bo Peep. But the event offers much more than a runway—families can enjoy vendors, kids’ activities (including scavenger hunts, bingo, and story time), and a silent auction with 100% of proceeds benefiting 1Hope of Kenosha.

“1Hope is doing incredible work to support foster families and children in our community,” said Tina Warner, owner of Millie Bo Peep. “This event is a way for us to bring families together for a fun-filled day while also raising vital funds to help 1Hope continue its mission.”

Organizers expect around 250 attendees, including community leaders, local families, and supporters of 1Hope. All funds raised will go directly toward 1Hope’s programs, which provide essential resources and support to foster families across Kenosha.
