Hawthorn Hollow Concert Series: Violet Wilder

The Hawthorn Hollow Park River Concert Series, presented by Stein’s Aircraft Services, continues with the heartfelt harmonies of Violet Wilder on Friday, August 8, at 6 PM (gates open at 5 PM).

Join us for Violet Wilder’s lush, genre-bending indie folk, which led Mark Hubing of the Local Cords Podcast to describe them as “touching, progressive, and raw, this trio isn’t afraid to blend some of the formal narratives of folk music with the influence of jazz and alternative audio expression”. The 2025 Pike River Benefit Concert Series will continue with the soulful rock of Indigo Canyon, rescheduled for Friday, September 26.

Tickets are $15 and will be available at the door (cash only, please). Food and beverages will also be available for purchase. Carry-in food and beverages are not allowed. All proceeds benefit Hawthorn Hollow Nature Sanctuary. Canned and non-perishable food items will also be collected to benefit the Kenosha Welcome Center. Visit kenoshawelcomecenter.org for more information on how they help Kenosha residents thrive through life’s toughest challenges.
