UNITE THE FIGHT: Party for a cause

Join the battle against cancer at the 7th Annual UNITE THE FIGHT Dance Fitness Party (formerly known as the CharityWERQ Fundraiser)! Together, we’ll turn up the energy, move with purpose, and make an impact in the fight against cancer. This event is your chance to dance for a cause while supporting LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA. Let’s unite to make a difference!

Experience a high-energy dance fitness party featuring 30 minutes each of Turn Up, WERQ, and ZUMBA, led by the area’s top instructors! All proceeds benefit the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA cancer survivor program. Not a dancer? No problem! We’ll also have a raffle, silent auction, refreshments, a photo booth, and more, so your presence is essential!

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a vital program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health and control of their lives. Participants work with trained Y staff in supportive cancer care to safely achieve goals like building muscle, increasing flexibility, and improving confidence. Focusing on the whole person rather than the disease, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA empowers people to move beyond cancer in spirit, mind, and body. It is offered at NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS, your support at the UNITE THE FIGHT dance fitness party enables more cancer survivors to reclaim their energy, power, and lives.
