Learn More About Neurodiversity

Did you know that based on different studies, between 15-20% of the population is neurodiverse?

Good Friend Inc. has been promoting awareness, acceptance and empathy for people with autism since 2007 and is partnering with Herzing University Kenosha to host Understanding the Neurodiversity Paradigm and Working with the Autistic Population Lunch and Learn. Chelsea Budde from Good Friends Inc. will offer a presentation that will help attendees understand:

  • What neurodiversity means, and where autism fits in.
  • How to use the Iceberg Model to guide successful and supportive interactions.

All are welcome to attend to learn more about neurodiversity and how you can support your community! Lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees. If you are not in the Kenosha area, you can tune in virtually through Zoom. Make sure to save your spot today by registering on Eventbrite.
