Parkside is Wisconsin’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II University. As a Division II University, Parkside Athletics emphasizes:

  • Our unparalleled access to NCAA championships; and
  • Our balanced approach that allows students to “Make It Yours”

This balanced approach allows our student-athletes to participate in highly competitive athletics, earn scholarships while allowing high participation in academics and civic engagements to prepare them for life after graduation.

GLIAC

Parkside is a member of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC) made up of 11 universities throughout Michigan, Indiana and the Rangers in Wisconsin. The goal of the GLIAC is to provide their universities and student-athletes with innovative, educational and competitive programs while remaining committed to ensuring a fair, safe and inclusive environment for all the member institutions.

For wrestling, the team competes in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), a  conference that uses high-level athletics competition to develop champions in the classroom and community while empowering student-athletes to be impactful and positive leaders.
