Kenosha was actually the first city to use trolleys moved by electricity. The streetcar system runs to downtown and to HarborPark area. It also connects the Metra station and allows people to get to many parks.
The Kenosha trolley also runs right along the shores of Lake Michigan. It’s a fun excursion that only costs 50 cents to a dollar to do!
There are five restored streetcars that run in a loop that’s a total of two miles long. It’s a scenic trip that passes Kenosha historic districts, downtown and lets you see many great views of Lake Michigan.
